Can I still place an order if I'm outside of your delivery area?
Yes - you can still place an order with us but you would need to collect it from our shop - Eatcetera, 1 Irton Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 1HU. If it's a large enough order we still may be able to arrange delivery for you please contact us on (0191)2130123 for advice.
I need to change a couple of things on my order - how do I do this?
Your existing orders can be edited through your online account. This allows you to add or remove products, change your delivery date and add a note to the order. To log-in and see your orders use the 'My Account' link in the main navigation along the top of the site.
I've placed an order but haven't received an email - what do I do?
You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If nothing arrives check the following:
Are you receiving emails from other people?
Has the email gone into your junk mail?
You can check your account details and see your placed orders by logging in to the Eatcetera site and clicking the 'Your Account' link in the main navigation bar along the top.
